	2.	JEBCOM, LC				-	Recommendation by the Planning Commission for the JEBCOM, LC Agriculture Protection Area , Section 25, T9S, R1E, 50.86 acres, Santaquin City area.

	1. 	Vicki Hanks				-	Proposed Hansen Record of Survey Map for an “Agricultural Waiver of Subdivision”, Section 20, T8S, R2E, Benjamin area.


F.	LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENTS	-	Public hearing

	1.	Tye Davis, Sundance Dev. Corp.	-	Vacation of the Amended and Restated Sundance Recreational Resort Plat “A”, and approval of Sundance Recreational Resort, Plat “A” Second Amended and Restated, which includes the vacation in its entirety of Sundance Recreational Resort, Plat “H” (Cascade Point, 9 lots) and the vacation of Lots 1 through 6 of Sundance Plat “A” Second Amended, Planned Dwelling Group, the addition of 15 lots to the development credits, and the creation of a Lot 21 for a winter maintenance structure for private roads, Section 15, T5S, R3E, Sundance area.

G.	OFFICIAL COUNTY ROAD MAP	-	Public Hearing

	1.	Utah County Public Works		-	Amendment of the Official Utah County Road Map, all sheets, to update those county roads that have been annexed into city jurisdictions.


H.	2012 MEETING SCHEDULE & CHAIR 
	
	1.	Utah County Attorney’s Office	-	Adopt a Resolution establishing the Utah County Planning Commission’s meeting schedule for the calendar year 2012.

	2.	Ut. Co. Planning Commission	-	Select a Chair and a Vice-Chair for the 2012 Utah County Planning Commission.
