1) 27193 – Tim Soffe on behalf of Oquirrh Hills Property, LLC has applied for a 7 lot Planned Unit Development Subdivision at 8400 West and Magna Main Street. Six of the lots are intended for future commercial uses and the remainder for multi-family residential. – Planner: Paul Bringhurst, AICP
2) 26175 – Tim Soffe on behalf of Miller Magna Apartments, LLC has applied for a 288 unit multi-family residential community as part of a mixed use Planned Unit Development at 8400 West and Magna Main Street. – Planner: Paul Bringhurst, AICP
3) 26765 – John Gust has applied for approval of a Planned Unit Development and Development Agreement to permit a mix of uses on the subject property including 93,900 sq ft of new commercial use and an option for a maximum of 180 multi-family residential units. – Planner: Paul Bringhurst, AICP
4) 27324 – John Birkinshaw on behalf of Kennecott Utah Copper has applied for a 2 lot subdivision of a 78.75 acre parcel (14-32-451-004-0000) at approximately 8000 West and 4100 South to accommodate the construction of a charter school. – Planner: Curtis Woodward
5) 26610 – Planning and Development Services is seeking approval and adoption of an Electrical Facilities Best Practice for inclusion into Salt Lake County General Plans. The Best Practice would be applicable to all unincorporated areas of Salt Lake County. - Planners: Todd A. Draper and Spencer G. Sanders.
6) 26044 – Salt Lake County is requesting approval to amend two sections of Salt Lake County Ordinances in Title 19 Zoning, Chapter 72 Foothills and Canyons Overlay Zone.
These sections are Section 060 Administration and Enforcement; and Section 070 Definitions. The proposed amendments pertain to ski resort waivers and ski resort summer uses. - Planner: Spencer G. Sanders
