NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Public Hearing to consider the request of Shelley Liljenquist for a conditional use permit to operate Utah Flash All Star Cheer located at approx. 513 West 700 South Suite #4 in the M-D (Manufacturing District) Zone. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD
Public Hearing to consider the request of Seth Gomm et al for a proposed subdivision called Manila Heights Plat C with a lot line adjustment between two property owners located at approx. 1544 West 3600 North in RR (Rural Residential) Zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD
Public Hearing to consider approval of the commercial site plan for McDonald’s Corporation located at approx.
2000 West Pleasant Grove Blvd. in the Grove Zone. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD
Public Hearing to consider approval to amend the commercial site plan and conditional use permit for a solid waste transfer station for the Burbs Facility located at approx. 643 West 700 South in the MD (Manufacturing District) Zone. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD
Public hearing to consider a requested text amendment to City Code Section 10-12B-7A to allow a lesser (20’) front yard setback for buildings on a local road in the M-D (Manufacturing Distribution) zone. CITY WIDE
Public Hearing to consider a City Code text amendments to Chapter 10-14, the Grove Zoning District, changing the name of the Mixed Use Subdistrict to the Mixed Housing Subdistrict, amending the multi-family parking bonus density credit, urban design district boundaries, permitted and conditional uses in the Commercial Sales and Mixed Use subdistricts, site design requirements, permitted housing types and parking requirements, and the creation of a high density residential overlay, etc. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD
