PUBLIC HEARING
THE RANCHES MAJOR SUBDIVSION
Notice is hereby given that the Ballard City Planning and Zoning will be conducting a public hearing to receive comments on plans to develop a major subdivision at approximately 400 N. just off 2500 E. The proposed Subdivision will be done in phases for the first section of approximately 50 homes.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 6 p.m. in the Ballard City Offices, located at 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard UT. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans With Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify Secretary Kaelyn Meyers at 435-722-3393.
