PAYSON CITY
NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE
IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS
AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Payson City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to update impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to drinking water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution; pressurized irrigation water supply, storage, and distribution; and wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment.
The geographic area that will be included in the IFFP and IFA is all areas within the Payson City municipal boundary and any areas to be served by the respective Payson City utility systems.
All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. Written comments may be submitted to the City, to the attention of: Travis Jockumsen, City Engineer, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah 84651 or via email: travisj@payson.org.
