b.	Conditional Use permit for temporary sale of fireworks located at approximately 136 West State Road 73, 
  American Promotional Events, applicant.
c.	Conditional Use for a private utility (solar photovoltaic array) located at 3736 Panarama Drive, Progressive Power
  Solutions, applicant.
d.	Site Plan and Conditional Use for the Public Works Site Improvement located at approximately 213 North 900 
  East, City of Saratoga Springs, applicant.
e.	Final Warranty Bond Release for Intermountain Health Care.
f.	Final Payment to WKB Landscape for the completion of Waymond Park.
g.	Approval of Minutes:

           2.	Public Hearing: Tentative Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.
           3.	Resolution R11-23 (6-7-11): A resolution appointing a City Attorney for the City of Saratoga Springs and establishing an 	effective date.
           4.	Approval of the Cardfile Plan Review Policy.
           5.	Bid Award for the engineering and design of the Public Works and Fire Station Buildings.
           6.	Bid Award for the Neptune Park.
           7. 	Bid Award for the Sunset Haven Park.
           8.	Reports:

           9.	Motion to enter into closed session for the purpose of discussion litigation matters, acquisition of real property or     	authorized personnel matters.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed FY 07/01/2011-6/30/2012 Budget for the City of Saratoga Springs. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices located at 1307 North Commerce Drive Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah. Copies of this application are available for public inspection at the City Offices Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
