NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING DECEMBER 8, 2021, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.:

1.	Public input is sought on a zone change application submitted by Firelight Development for Tax ID # T-3295-A-1 and T-3295-B. Current zoning is MU-20 - Multiple Use. Proposed zoning is R-1-20 - Single Family Residential.



A copy of this application is available for review at the State website http://pmn.utah.gov or at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard).
