Main St. Goshen, UT 84633 Phone: 801-667-9910 Email: goshentown@gmail.com Public Hearing The Town of Goshen Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Tuesday, October 19, 2021, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Goshen Town Hall located at 10 W Main St. in Goshen. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change from a Commercial/Residential Zone to a Commercial Zone as defined in the town ordinances for the property owned by Leo Craig Finster & Christine Finster, parcel #10:007:0013 at approximately 35 South Center Street in Goshen. The owner of real property affected by the zoning change may no later than 10 days after the day of the first public hearing file a written objection to the inclusion of the owner's property in the proposed zoning map or map amendment. The objection should be filed at the Town offices at 10 West Main, Goshen, Utah 84633. The objection will be provided to the town council. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Goshen Town Council will hear this item at the November 9, 2021 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held in the Goshen Town Hall located at 10 W Main St. in Goshen. -- |
