Please be advised that on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., at the Woods Cross City Public Works Facility, 2287 South 1200 West and by via video teleconference, the Woods Cross City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a request by DNCRE Development LLC to amend the Woods Cross City Zoning Ordinance, Title 12, Chapter 32 entitled Signs. Specifically, DNCRE Development LLC proposes that Section 12-32-160(d)(1) regarding electronic or mechanical regulations be amended to permit electronic signs (such as LED's or flat-panel digital technologies) in the C-1 Restricted Commercial Zone.
You are invited to participate in this hearing to provide your input.
