Public Hearing on a proposed Amended Class IV Conditional Use Permit for Sentierre Development and Construction Offices.
Applicant/Owner:
Padre Canyon Resort, LC-Owner. David Case-Applicant.
Property Location:
Approximately 800 North Tuacahn Drive.

All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed conditional use permit is available by request through Ivins City Hall or on Ivins City website at www.ivins.com
