Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on August 17, 2021 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action.

A.	 To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-040) authorizing the Mayor to sign a Sewer Easement in favor of Pleasant Grove Title Holder I, LLC. Aka Dakota Pacific Real Estate Partners III, LP for a sewer line easement on property located at approximately 1000 S 1200 W, Pleasant Grove, Utah County, Utah, and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Beaumont
B.	  To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-041) authorizing the Mayor to sign a Purchase Agreement with Squire Holdings, LLC (Jennie Johnson and Stonegate Center for the Arts) for .40 acres of property located at approximately 2600 N 900 W and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Beaumont
C.	 To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-042) authorizing the Pleasant Grove City Parks Director to submit application for the 2021 Utah County Commission Municipal Recreation Grant for improvements to be made to the Valley Vista Multi-Use Trail System 'Phase III) and providing an effective date.
