NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Ballard Water & Sewer Improvement District (BWSID) will hold a public hearing to discuss submitting an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding of the 1500 E. Second Source of Water Connection.
BWSID will solicit comments concerning the size, scope, and nature of the funding request for the above project. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday August 31, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. at the Ballard City Building, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, Utah.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Kaelyn Meyers, (435) 722-3393, at least three (3) working days prior to this meeting.
