PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code ยง17B-1-643, that the Administrative Control Board (the 'Board') of the North Summit Fire District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021 beginning at 6:00PM at Fire Station 21, 86 E Center St., Coalville, UT 84017.
The public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed adjustment to the current fee schedule and imposing new fees.
The public may view a copy of the proposed fee schedule at NortSummitFire.org, email requests to trowser@northsummitfd.org or during regular business hours at the address above.
Public comment maybe received in writing by email no latter then 3:00PM August 12, 2021 to trowser@northsummitfd.org Comments will also be received via zoom meeting or in person.
*NSFD Fee Schedule resolution 8-11-21 is a substitute resolution from what is in the original notice.
