NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UTAH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMMISSION WILL HOLD ITS MEETING ELECTRONICALLY ON GOOGLE MEET FOR PHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE ON AUGUST 25, 2021, AT 9:00 A.M.  This agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Timings and order listed are approximate and may be adjusted, accelerated, or delayed.

Due to the state of emergency caused by the global pandemic, the current situation in Utah and specifically in Salt Lake County, and the manner in which the COVID-19 virus spreads in groups, the Construction Services Commission finds that conducting a meeting at an anchor location under the current state of public health emergency constitutes a substantial risk to the public health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location.  Therefore, in accordance with Governor Herbert's Utah Executive Order 2020-1, declaring a state of emergency in response to COVID-19, and Utah Executive Order 2020-5, modifying the Open and Public Meetings Act requirements allowing electronic meetings without an anchor location, the Construction Services Commission will be conducting its public meeting referenced herein electronically, without an anchor location
