1.	Minutes (Action Item):
The Board of Health will be asked to approve the minutes from the April 7, 2011, Board of Health meeting.

2.	Budget Update (Information Item):
	Doug Peterson will present a budget update to the Board.

3. 	Board of Health By-Laws (Information/Action Item):
Tom Godfrey, Chair, and Craig Anderson, District Attorney’s Office, will update Board members on the proposed amendments to the Board’s By-Laws.  Please review underlined and strikethrough sections on pages 1 (date), 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

4.	Vision Award Winners (Information Item):
Brian Bennion, Deputy Director, will ask each Division Director to introduce the Vision Award winner from their Division.  Administration:  Brandon Allgier; Community Health Services: Linsey Pearce; Environmental Health: Jeremy Roberts; Family Health Services: Kami Peterson; Medical Office:  Debbie Sorenson; SLVHD Manager:  Ron Lund

5.	Earth Day Event (Information Item):
Royal DeLegge, Environmental Health Director, will update the Board on the Earth Day event activities held April 22nd.

6.	Measles Outbreak: (Information Item):
	Dr. Dagmar Vitek, Deputy Director, will update the Board on the Measles outbreak.  

7.	Accreditation Update (Information Item):
	Brian Bennion, Deputy Director, will present information on the Accreditation process.

8.	UALBH Update: (Information Item):
	Tom Godfrey will update the Board on UALBH activities.
