The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard, and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session.

5.	Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-9A- 2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses
Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-9A-2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses to remove listed Use #5440 (Candy, nut and confectionary), Use #6299 (Other personal services, NEC (includes wedding chapels, reception centers, babysitting bureaus, and reducing salons), Use #7500 (Resorts and group camps), Use #7400 (Recreation Activities), and Use #1516 (Bed and breakfast inn) from the list of conditional uses in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.

Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-9A-10: Building Height, to refine the requirements and limitations for building height in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
