Notice of Election Filing and Deadline. In accordance with Utah State law, notice is given relating to filing for political office in the municipality of Ballard, and Ballard Water and Sewer Improvement District. There are currently three Council Members positions open, each for a 4-year term, to be voted on in the 2021 municipal general election. Ballard Water Improvement District has three board member positions open, each for a 4-year term, to be voted on in the 2021 municipal general election. The dates for filing a declaration of candidacy for these positions are June 1 through June 7, 2021. For more information and filing forms please contact the Ballard City Office at 435-722-3393.
