NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
APRIL 27, 2021 AND MAY 20, 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 1.35 acres of property from B-RP (Business and Research Park) and CP-3 (Planned Regional Commercial) to MU (Mixed-Use Development). The property includes parcels 101660010 and 100300017, and is located at approximately 1481 North and 1513 North Hill Field Road.
The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
