CONSIDER MOUNTAIN GATE SUBDIVISION PHASE 5B FINAL PLAT (Administrative)
Heritage Land Development (AKA Sierra Homes) submitted a Final Plat for Mountain Gate Phase 5B proposing 16 lots on about 10 acres in a residential (RE-20) zone. Parcel ID: 04-005-0030. See HPC Code section 13.30.070 Final Plat.

CONSIDER HAWK CREST SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT (Administrative)
Mike Felix submitted a Final Plat for Hawk Crest Subdivision proposing 11 lots on 5 acres in a residential (RE-20) zone. Parcel ID: 04-007-0020. See HPC Code section 13.30.070 Final Plat.

CONSIDER REVISED HYDE PARK COMMERCE CENTER SKETCH PLAN (Administrative)
Red Partner Ventures submitted a revised Site Plan for two commercial buildings at about 185 West 3700 North (soon to be 745 West Center) on 1.5 acres in a Commercial zone. Parcel ID: 04-028-0203. See HPC Code section 12.170 Planned Commercial Zone.

CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO 12.160.020 LANDSCAPING - SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS (Legislative)
Instead of the flat 10% rule, consider a blended requirement for landscaping. Perhaps a frontage requirement plus additional landscaping (some of which may not be seen from the road) based on the total area. 

CONTINUE AMENDMENTS TO 12.30.190 ACCESSORY APARTMENTS FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (Legislative)
Amend ordinance to allow detached/external accessory dwelling units, in addition to internal Accessory Apartments.
