CONSIDER MOUNTAIN GATE SUBDIVISION PHASE 5B FINAL PLAT (Administrative)
Heritage Land Development (AKA Sierra Homes) submitted a Final Plat for Mountain Gate Phase 5B proposing 16 lots on about 10 acres in a residential (RE-20) zone. Parcel ID: 04-005-0030. See HPC Code section 13.30.070 Final Plat.

CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO 12.160.020 LANDSCAPING - SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS (Legislative)
Instead of the flat 10% rule, consider a blended requirement for landscaping. Perhaps a frontage requirement plus additional landscaping (some of which may not be seen from the road) based on the total area.
CONTINUE AMENDMENTS TO 12.30.190 ACCESSORY APARTMENTS FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (Legislative)
Amend ordinance to allow detached/external accessory dwelling units, in addition to internal Accessory Apartments.
