Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held electronically by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 6 April 2021, 5:00 p.m., using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:
Dutch Canyon Subdivision, Plat 'A' / Second Amendment - Discuss and possibly grant a second amendment for Plat 'A' of the Dutch Canyon Subdivision located at 600 East Saddle Drive (Zoning is RA-1-43).
Saddle Creek Ranch PUD / Plat Vacation - Discuss and possibly approve a plat map vacation of the Saddle Creek Ranch PUD located at approximately 970 South 250 West (Street Lane) (Zoning is R-1-22).

The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes the Friday before the meeting.
