4.	Consideration of Resolution 2021-12 approving the preliminary plat for Grantsville Heights, LLC and Paul Linford on the Peak Crossing Subdivision located at approximately 1100 West Main Street for the creation of forty-eight (48) lots in the R-1-21 zone. 
5.	Consideration of Resolution 2021-13 approving the final plat for DRP Management, AW Hardy Family and Monte Kingston on the Wells Crossing Subdivision, Phase 5 for the creation of twenty-six (26) single family lots in the R-1-21 zone.
