ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Washington City Elephant Arch Trailhead Project will be received by Washington City, Attn: City Recorder at the City Offices located at 111 N 100 E, Washington, Utah 84780, until 3:00 pm local time on March 18, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  

The Washington City Elephant Arch Trailhead project will consist of constructing a parking lot for the existing trailhead.  The improvements will include grading, chat path walkway, tortoise fencing, prefabricated vault restroom building, and other related improvements. 
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bidding Documents may be examined online at www.sunrise-eng.com; or at the office of the Engineer, Sunrise Engineering, Inc. 11 North 300 West, Washington, Utah 84780, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00pm local time on March 09, 2021 at the Sunrise Engineering Conference Room located at 11 North 300 West, Washington, Utah. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
