SALINA CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing December 9, 2020 at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zone change from a Two-Family Residential Zone (R-2) to a Single-Family Residential Zone (R-1). The property is located within and bounded on the west by 500 W. Sunset Dr, (Salina Address Grid) bounded on the north by Sunset Dr, bounded on the east by 100 West, and bounded on the south by 650 S. (Salina Address Grid). The purpose of the change is to allow for only single-family residential dwellings.
