RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
- Riverton City is proposing amendments to its Accessory Structure Ordinance, Sections 18.225.030.3.ii, 18.225.030.5.i, and 18.225.040.3.a,b,c, addressing square footage requirements.
- Laura Watson is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for 'Dazzling Accessories' a clothing & home d cor accessory sales business to be operated from her home on 12866 S. Maple Springs Road.
- Justin Whitney is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Short Term Rental to be located at 12931 South Sandy Slope Circle.
Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.
