1.	Welcome:

2.	Review and Approval of the Meeting Minutes from July 14, 2020, and September 2, 2020.

3.	Assignments from the meeting held on July 14, 2020, and September 2, 2020. 
1.)  John will send the administrative costs from January 1, to July 1, 2020, to Mr. Hamilton and 	Commissioner Elliott for approval. Completed.
2.)  Barbara will contact Scott Wiggins, appellate attorney for Joshua Schoenenberger, about some 	proposed changes to the contract to be considered. He will be asked to submit a letter stating his 	request before the next meeting for the Board to review. Mr. Wiggins will also be invited to join 	the meeting to review the proposed contract changes with the board. Completed August 21, 	2020. See agenda Item #4.
3.)  Barbara will contact Jeremy Delicino and Stephen McCaughey, attorneys for Clint Nokes, about 	submitting a letter to the board with an update of the case and the amount of funding they are 	requesting. Completed August 21, 2020.
4.) 	Barbara will prepare and send letters to the participating Counties for the 2021 Indigent 	Defense Funds assessments. Completed September 3, 2020.

4.	Scott Wiggins requests and asks to have approved a proposed change to the Joshua Schoenenberger appellate contract. Mr. Wiggins is concerned with Section 3 of the appellate contract concerning investigator fees not being adequate. He is requesting additional funding for investigators and will join the meeting.

5.	Appellate Attorney for the William Lawton case.

6.	Fund Balances as of September 18, 2020.
