ROCKY RIDGE TOWN SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of Rocky Ridge  will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2020.  The Project is to put in a sidewalk, curbs, and gutters along Rocky Ridge Road (Main Street).  Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents.  The hearing will begin at 7:30 P.M. on May 20, 2020 and will be held at 151 North East Ridge Road in the room just off the Library.  Further information can be obtained by contacting Town Clerk Bethany Sturgeon at (435) 623-1249.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Town Clerk Bethany Sturgeon at the Town Office at 280 North Lark Ridge Road, Rocky Ridge or at (435) 623-1249 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
