NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Anthem Utah, LLC has submitted an application for a preliminary subdivision plat for 222 lots on property located at 6000 West Herriman Blvd. The subject property is approximately 136.84 acres in size. The property is currently zoned R-1-10 and A-1. 

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held electronically to accept public comment on this application. All interested persons may submit comments by emailing recorder@herriman.org. You can also visit Herriman.org/agendas-and-minutes/ during the scheduled meeting time where there will be a link to join the electronic meeting to submit a comment. The Recorder will read all comments submitted, and they will be part of the record. Please be sure to include your name and the file number of the application on which you will be commenting.

This property is subject to the Teton Ranch Master Development Agreement. Included with this notice is a vicinity map showing the location of the subject property and a copy of the proposed preliminary subdivision plat.
