Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold an electronic public meeting via Zoom on Thursday, April 2, 2020. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.  The Public is invited to logon to view meeting by using this link: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/353237259. 1.	Report on Town Council Meeting by John Rosenberger.

2.	Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from March 5th, 2020.

3.	Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Kaleb Bateman located at approximately 626 N 700 E in the 4B Subdivision, Plat A Lot 3, Parcel # 39.284.0003

4.	Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Jonny Bylund located at approximately 290 E 1600 N in the Stubb's Estates Subdivision, Plat B Lot 2.

5.	Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Nathan Quist located at approximately 238 E 1600 N in the Stubb's Estates Subdivision, Plat A Lot 1.

7.   Discussion on drafting a Mining Ordinance.
