Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold an electronic public meeting via Zoom on Thursday, April 2, 2020. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The Public is invited to logon to view meeting by using this link: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/353237259. Once you get to that website, you will click Join A Meeting in the upper right hand corner. The Meeting ID you will enter is 353 237 259.
The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows:
Call to Order
a. Opening Remarks
b. Pledge of Allegiance
c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions attention a 5 minute per speaker allotment.
1. Report on Town Council Meeting by John Rosenberger.
2. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from March 5th, 2020.
3. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Kaleb Bateman located at approximately 626 N 700 E in the 4B Subdivision, Plat A Lot 3, Parcel # 39.284.0003
4. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Jonny Bylund located at approximately 290 E 1600 N in the Stubb's Estates Subdivision, Plat B Lot 2.
5. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Nathan Quist located at approximately 238 E 1600 N in the Stubb's Estates Subdivision, Plat A Lot 1.
7. Discussion on drafting a Mining Ordinance.
