Weber-Box Elder Conservation District

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
AND AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSES

	Weber-Box Elder Conservation District, an irrigation district located in Weber County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and a written Impact Fee Analysis for secondary (irrigation) water. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-36a-501 and -503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Weber-Box Elder Conservation District to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for secondary (irrigation) water systems and an Impact Fee Analysis. The proposed impact fee facilities will be located in Unit I of the Districts service area, which is located in Weber County, including the following jurisdictions:  unincorporated areas in Weber County; portions of the following municipalities: Harrisville City, North Ogden City, and Pleasant View City (See attached map on second page).  The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and be used to offset the cost of new and existing qualified capital facilities that are required to serve new development. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the Impact Fee Facilities Plan or the written analysis of proposed impact fees.
