PRESENT: Robert Buckingham, Norman Boyd and Marsha Marshall
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD: None
APPROVAL OF MINTUES: Norm motioned to approve the minutes of the last meeting, Marsha seconded. Unanimously approved.
APPROVAL TO PAY THE BILLS: Marsha motioned to pay the bill in the amount of $2538.81, Norm seconded. Unanimously approved.
OLD BUSINESS: The new building has been ordered and we are now looking for contractors to build. Also bids for doors and contractors have been put out.
