The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. Due to the latest Governor's public health order, the meeting shall be limited in attendance, and all attendees must wear a mask and be socially distanced by 6 ft. If you wish to participate in the public hearing, you may provide your comment in person. However, due to limited meeting capacity you may also email your comments to recorder@northlogancity.org by noon on October 21, 2020, and your comments will be read by the Mayor during the public hearing. Or, you may provide a return phone number to recorder@northlogancity.org, or the city office (752-1310 x10) by noon on October 21, 2020, and you will receive a phone call during the public hearing portion of the City Council Meeting, and you will be placed on speaker phone in the meeting to provide comment.

2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a Plat Amendment for the Brookhaven Subdivision located at 1920 North 400 East, by removing three total lots, and widening existing lots to accommodate single family homes.
3. Consideration of ordinance to Amend Title  6 Animal Control and Regulations, to amend 16-101 definitions, and to include 16-509 Ownership and Maintenance of Apiaries.
4. Consideration of a Concept Plan for a subdivision of North Logan City property along Wolfpack Way at approximately 2600 North Wolfpack Way and 2700 North Wolfpack Way. The subdivision would include two (2) lots in the General Commercial (GC) zone. (North Logan City).
5. Consideration of a Water Rights Ordinance that would add Section 12 I - Dedication of Water System Shares or Water Rights to Title 12 of the North Logan City Code. Consideration of approval of an associated resolution to the North Logan City Master Fee Schedule as it relates to Water Rights Fees.
6. Consideration of updates to the North Logan City Employee Handbook (Personnel Policies).
