PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

A request for a zone change amendment in the PD-R (Planned Development Residential) zone to allow development of three (3) related projects which are 1) Brookfield Apartments, 2) Woodland Town homes, and 3) Woodland Patio Homes. The owner is Brookfield Apartments LLC and the representative is Tim Stewart. The property is generally located south of Mall Drive and west of 3000 East Street on 40.37 acres. Case No. 2019-ZCA-044.

A request for a zone change amendment in the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to allow development of multi-tenant commercial buildings on Pad J1 and J2 on Lot 9 as platted on the Dinosaur Crossing commercial subdivision (Parcel SG-DINO-2-9). The review includes a conceptual site plan, building elevations, building renderings, colors and materials, and conceptual landscaping. The owner is Dino X LLC and the representative is Kamron Dorman, Woodbury Corporation. The proposed project site is located at approximately 565 S Mall Drive on approximately 5.9 acres. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
