3.2.	Public hearing and recommendation of Tyler Howland's request for preliminary subdivision review of Lehi Pointe Phase 3, a 14.91-acre commercial subdivision located at approximately 2900 North Digital Drive. 

3.3.	Public hearing and consideration of Jenna Madsen's request for approval of a conditional use permit for a Bed & Breakfast to be located at her home at 511 North 1375 West in an R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) zone. 

3.4.	Public hearing and recommendation of Brian Butler's request for a lot line adjustment located on lots 130 and 131 of Seasons Estates.

3.7.	Public hearing and recommendation of Matthew Porter's request for review of the Victorian Crossing concept, a 3-lot commercial development located at approximately 1000 South 2300 West

3.8.	Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer and Gardner Companies' request for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Table 05.040-B, increasing the maximum building height requirement in the Industrial zone. 

3.9.	Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer and Gardner Companies' request for review of a general plan amendment for Lehi Block, approximately 30-acres of property located at 2303 North 1200 West changing the land use designation from Industrial to TOD (transit oriented development). 

3.10. Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer and Gardner Companies' request for review of the Lehi Block concept, a proposed 30-acre TOD (transit oriented development) located at 2303 North 1200 West. 

3.11. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment for Chapter 3, clarifying public noticing requirements.
