Notice of Fee Increase

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 10th, 2019 to receive comments on the tentative budget for the 2019-20120 fiscal year. There will also be a public hearing to receive comments on the amended budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. In addition Oakley City is proposing an increase of the monthly charge for sewer service to all City sewer customers from $45.00 per residential equivalent (RE) to $55.00 per RE effective July 1, 2019. All concerned citizens are invited to the Public Hearing on Monday June 10, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Oakley City Building located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah. 

The city's audited historical financial reports are available to the public for review prior to the scheduled hearing.

Comments on the proposed fee increase may be made at the hearing or submitted in writing to Konni Thompson, deputy City Recorder, prior to 430 P.M. on the day of the public hearing. 

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Konni Thompson at (435) 783-5734 at least three days prior to the hearing.
