PUBLIC NOTICE

Honeyville City gives notice that on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 7:15 p.m., at the Honeyville City Hall, 2635 West 6980 North, Honeyville, Utah the Honeyville City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Kyle D. Kosoff, Mistilyn Smith Kosoff, Craig James Smith and Mikka Smith with tax ID no. being 05-035-0007 is within the areas defined in the Annexation Plan for Honeyville City.  The property is located at 3780 West 8200 North, Honeyville, UT, more particularly described as:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of section 30, Township 11North, Range 2West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.  Running North 72 rods, East 79 rods, South 72 rods, and West 79 rods to the point of beginning.  Containing 35.55 acres.  The plat relating to the proposed annexation is available for review at the Honeyville City’s Recorder/Clerk Office, Honeyville, Utah.
