VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Meeting Date:	April 3, 2019
Site Visit Time:

	5:30 PM 
The public is invited to attend the site visit but no public comments or questions will be taken until the public hearing at City Hall.  
Site Visit Location:	220 W 240 N, Vineyard, UT
Public Hearing Time:	A public hearing for this item will be held at 6:00 PM following the site visit at Vineyard City Hall; or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

Applicant:	Troy Anderson with Trio Design Inc.
Application Type:	Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan
Project Description:	The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for a church. The applicant is proposing to build a church for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 220 W 240 N. The property is located within the Hamptons subdivision of the Waters Edge community, and is zoned WE SFD-15000.  

Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written testimony may be submitted in writing at town hall or emailed to Elizabeth Hart at elizabethh@vineyardutah.org. Written comments shall be submitted at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting in order to be entered into the record.

One or more members of the Vineyard Planning Commission may participate electronically or telephonically. City Codes and ordinances are available on the City website found at www.vineyard.utah.gov.

Incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Morgan Brim, Community Development Director, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
