4.B. Ames Construction Extractive Overlay Zone
A proposal to have the Extractive Industries Overlay Zone added to 160 acres of land in the southern most boundary of the City. (parcel #59-031-0001).

5.A. Eagle Heights Village Concept Plan
A conceptual plan for 316 twin home units on 50 Acres for a project density of ~6.32 DU/AC. Eagle Heights Village is located south of Eagle Mountain Boulevard and east of Lake Mountain road (Parcel 59:018:0037)
