Notice of Award of Contract without Engaging in Standard Procurement Process.  Please take notice that in accordance with Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District will procure the following items without engaging in the standard procurement process: (1)  An estimated 55,000 lbs of polymer annually from Thatcher Company at an annual cost of approximately $70,400; (2) Disposal of approximately 8,000 wet tons of biosolids annually at ET Technologies at a cost of $20.15 per ton; and (3) Approximately 200 dry tons of Alum annually from Thatcher Company at a price of $425.00 per dry short ton. (4)  a CCTV camera van system and off-road camera system from Cues at a cost not to exceed  $400,000 .
