Description/Agenda:	Request for Qualifications Engineering Services SCADA & Telemetry Consulting Services Ashley Valley Water Reclamation Facility Request for Qualifications will be received by the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board, owner of the work, located at 4000 East 2200 South, P.O. Box 426 Vernal, Utah 84078 until 12:00 p.m. (noon), on February 22, 2019 for the PLC migration & HMI update Project. Any RFQ's received after the specified time will not be considered. The project generally includes replacing existing PLCs with new PLCs, Programming, HMI Replacement and Software update, updating telemetry to the existing fiber network, update radio communication, update alarm call-out system, create remote mobile device login to HMI, and provide SCADA consulting and maintenance support at the Ashley Valley Water Reclamation Facility(AVWRF) for the AVSMB. Once a successful firm is chosen, work/projects will be completed using assigned task orders with negotiated do not exceed cost limits. An electronic copy of the full RFQ documents in PDF format may be obtained by contacting Dean Gibbs at (435)789-9805 Ext 10. All RFQ's shall include the required information from the submission requirements and content of submission sections fo the RFQ. All responding firms will be notified by April 25th, 2019 of the AVSMB'S choice.
