Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

1. Chairman Bart Lee conducting - Meeting called to order- Prayer - Roll Call
2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting held November 20, 2018
3. Citizen comments
4. Conditional Use License located at 376 N Main 'Edie's Craft Room' submitted by Edith Hanson.
5. Lot split located at 725 S Jones Road submitted by Kim Chapman.
6. Review of General Plan.
7. Review of Zoning Ordinance.
8. Adjournment
