PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
Zone change from MG (Mining and Grazing) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. lot sizes) on approximately 15.31 acres located 1700 West Curly Hollow Dr Extension.
Zone change amendment to the Sun River Commons PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone on approximately 1.43 acres. The property is generally located east of 4655 S Pioneer Road and west of I-15.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
