The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday,  
October 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session.

1. 	Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 312 E 1700 N
(Big Spring Neighborhood) 
Public Hearing to consider the request of Jason Fox for a conditional use permit to allow an accessory structure, with a footprint exceeding 1,200 square feet, on property located at 312 East 1700 North in the R1-12 (Single-family Residential) Zone.

2. 	Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 312 E 1700 N
(Big Spring Neighborhood) 
Public Hearing to consider the request of Jason Fox for a conditional use permit to allow an accessory structure, with a height greater than 18 feet, on property located at 312 East 1700 North in the R1-12 (Single-family Residential) Zone.

3. 	Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 328 W 2600 N
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) 
Public Hearing to consider the request of David Gibb for a two-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Manila Hills Subdivision Plat 'B' on property located at approximately 328 West 2600 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.

4.	Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements 
(Manufacturing Distribution Zone)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Paul Washburn to amend City Code Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements. The proposed amendment aims to reduce side yard setbacks in the Manufacturing Distribution (MD) Zone. 


Review and approve the minutes from and September 27 & October 11, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting.
