BOY SCOUT CAMP CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN INSTITUTIONAL USE IN THE AG-160 ZONE
EAST FORK OF THE BEAR CAMP, PARCELS SS-2326-X, SS-2327-X AND SS-2328-X
Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission in accordance with section 11-4-12 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a conditional use permit for an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for the Hinckley Scout Camp.

The applicant is proposing to improve the sewer system on site, new buildings, new activity areas (including a new rifle range) as well as new restrooms and showers. All structures would be located on the existing scout camp area and be utilized as part of the scouting experience.
