Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly approve a Long Term Temporary Use Permit for the use of parcels surrounding and including parcel SS-82-8, located at 13657 W Garff Ranch Rd, near Peoa, Summit County, Utah for snowmobile excursions. The public hearing will be held: 

Wednesday December 1, 2010
Beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Kamas City Offices
170 N. Main St., Kamas, Utah 84036

The applicant, Bob Wells, representing Deer Valley, is requesting to receive a Long Term Temporary Use Permit similar to their recently expired permit to conduct snowmobile excursions in the area.
