E. ZONE MAP AMENDMENT (Public Hearing)

1. Utah Co Planning Commission - Proposed amendment of the Official Utah County Zoning Map, inclusion of certain land into the Natural Hazard Overlay (NHO) Zone, all or portions of parcels in Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 of T9S, R4E, as well as all or portions of parcels in Section 25, T9S, R3E, approximately 1,990 acres, Thistle area of Utah County (continued from December 19, 2017, March 27, 2018, and June 19, 2018 Planning Commission meetings)

F. ZONE MAP AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (Public Hearing)

1. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment of the Utah County General Plan Land Use Element Map from Residential to Agricultural, and amendment of the Official Utah County Zone Map from the Rural Residential (RR-5) Zone to the Residential Agricultural (RA-5) Zone for property located in Section 36, T8S R2E, Sections 31, 32, and 33, T8S R3E, Section 1, T9S R2E, Section 6, T9S R3E, approximately 950 acres consisting of various parcels, Salem/Spanish Fork area of Utah Country (continued from July 17, 2018 Planning Commission meeting)

G. WORK SESSION

1. Utah County Commission - Continued discussion on the potential maintaining, amending, or elimination of the Rural Residential (RR-5) Zone in various locations of Utah County

2. Utah Co Planning Commission - Brief discussion on whether to propose an increase in the number of lots that can be approved through the minor subdivision process
