The Administrative Control Board of Ash Creek Special Service District hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on July 26, 2018 at the district office located at 1350 South Sand Hollow Road, Hurricane, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public input in the board's consideration and adoption of a Resolution which approves: (a) Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan, (b) Sewer Impact Fee Analysis, and (c) the proposed schedule of impact fees contained in Table 1- Wastewater Production Conversion Schedule.
The proposed Resolution, together with the Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Sewer Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed schedule of impact fees contained in Table 1- Wastewater Production Conversion Schedule are available for public inspection at the Washington County Library in Hurricane, Utah, the district office, and each of the municipal office buildings of Hurricane, LaVerkin and Toquerville, Utah, respectively.
All interested persons are invited to attend. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the district will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
