Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 07/11/2018. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

8.	CIB GRANT CONTRACT - Consideration and possible approval/acceptance and authorization for the Mayor and City Recorder to sign a grant contract between Price City and the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board whereby $1,562,000 will be granted to Price City for the Community Baseball Complex project. 
9.	LEASE AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of a lease agreement with Mail Finance, A Neopost USA Company, for a new mailing machine and a folder/inserter machine (budgeted) and authorization for the Mayor to sign. 
10.	FLOORING BIDS FOR CITY HALL - Consideration and possible approval to select the bid from Kevin's Carpet.  Bids were provided on a square yard or square foot basis and the project will proceed in sections as money is available.  Approval of this bid  just identifies the contractor that will be used as various phases of this project move forward. 
11.	BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Castle Bits at 375 S Carbon Ave., Castle Country Lock and Key DBA High Speed Keys, LLC at 175 S Carbon Ave., Noize Tattoo, LLC DBA Noize Tattoo Apparel and Design at 135 W Main Street, On The Hook Fish & Chips at 229 W 4800 S, Murray, UT, Recyclops LLC at 8091 Maro Dr., Sandy, UT, and Synergist Massage at 790 N Cedar Hills Dr.
