Chair Acerson will welcome the Board Members, Staff and Guests.
2) Pledge of Allegiance
Chair Acerson will lead the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3) MTECH President Evaluation Discussion
Commissioner Woolstenhulme will explain the evaluation process with the board of directors.
4) Action Item
a. Closed Session
The Board will elect to go into closed session to discuss the performance evaluation of MTECH President Clay Christensen, which will not be open to the public, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206, of the Open and Public Meeting Act.
5) Finalization and Review of MTECH President Clay Christensen
Commissioner Woolstenhulme will discuss the finalization and review of MTECH President Clay Christensen.
6) Adjourn
