Public notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Heber City Planning Commission will be in the Heber City Office Building, 75 North Main, South door, in the Council Chambers upstairs.

1.	Red Ledges requests Subdivision Final Approval of The Villas at Red Ledges Phase 3A located at the Extension of Red Ledges Village Way 

2.	2491 Daniels Road LLC requests Subdivision Concept Approval of The Orchard located at 2491 South Daniel Road

3.	Public Hearing to consider amendment of the Heber City General Plan from landuse of Research and Technology and Highway Commercial to Highway Commercial, Moderate Density Residential and High Density Residential and also to consider a Zone Map Amendment from CMP Corporate Medical Park and C-2 Commercial Zone to R-2 Residential Zone, R-3 Residential Zone and C-2 Commercial Zone for 24.23 acres located at the Northwest Corner of Mill Road and Highway 40 

4.	Public Hearing to consider amendment of the Heber City General Plan to designate East Center Street from 100 East to 700 East as R-C Residential Commercial Overlay Zone and also to consider a Zone Map Amendment to apply the R-C Residential Commercial Overlay Zone
