Notice is hereby given that the Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting starting at
6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 147 N 870 W, Hurricane, UT. A roll call will be taken, along
with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer and /or thought by invitation.

2018-FSP-01 Consideration and possible recommendation to the City Council on a final site plan
for a 61 space RV Park at approximately 120 N. 3700 West and for common area
amenities within the Sand Hollow Manufactured Home Park - Sand Hollow Park

2018-CUP-01 Consideration approval of a conditional use permit for a 1020 sq. ft. accessory
dwelling unit in an R-1-8 zone at 3407 W. 400 North - F. Bruce Covington and

2018-FSP-02 Consideration and possible approval of a final site plan for a container storage unit
